Sport facilities are plentiful with our own tennis courts just 2 minutes walk away from the apartments. El-Presidente is situated near the popular commercial centre of Bena-vista which contains many shops and banks with plenty of quality bars and restaurants English, Chinese, Spanish and Italian all at good value prices. 

The famous Puerto Banus is 10minutes drive from El Presidente. There is also the small town of Benahavis which contains many good quality Spanish restaurants to suit all tastes. El Presidente is a very quiet urbanization and is well looked after by their own gardeners
