Stunning four bedroom villa with exquisite gardens and large private pool. This sublime villa is located in a very private location surrounded by mature gardens. The villa has four bedrooms all with en-suit bathrooms equipped with double size showers. There is a large living space with a working fire and marble floors. The covered veranda has a dining area and a separate seating area overlooking the garden and pool. The closest town is San Pedro with its variety of shops, restaurants and markets. 10 minutes drive is the vibrant Puerto Banus with high end shops and restaurants.

Accessibility

The villa is all on one level. There are steps leading to the pool area.

Outside

Large private pool deep enough for diving. Five luxury loungers with cushions. Large grass area, mature landscaped gardens on different levels. Seasonal fruit trees. Patio with dining table and chairs, separate seating area with two seater sofa and two single arm chairs. The pool is not fenced and very deep so children should be watched at all times.

Coast/Beach

10 minutes walk to local beach with beach bars. Many other beach bars and restaurants nearby.

Golf

The villa is 5 minutes for from Paraiso Golf Course and a short drive to dozens of other highly rated courses.

Travel

50 minute drive to Malaga Airport.

El Paraiso has many wonderful restaurants from Italian to Japanese, there is something to suit everyone within 10 minutes walk.

 Linen and towels are included. The property is cleaned before check in and cleaning can be arranged during your stay. Additional towels and linen are kept in the property for guest use.
