This South-West facing apartment is located in the famous Los Flamingos golf valley. It is situated in so called New Golden Mile, between jet set Puerto Banus (Marbella) and Estepona town along the main road (N340), and only 15 minutes drive from both resorts.
The property has stunning panoramic views over the golf valley, the Mediterranean, the Rock of Gibraltar and the coast of North Africa on a clear day, as well as the nearby mountain ranges. Villa Padierna, the most elegant five star Hotel including a spa, restaurant and a golf club is located very close in the golf valley. The urbanization of only 96 apartments has two communal pools in well maintained gardens as well as two paddle tennis courts.
This tastefully decorated apartment has a very large terrace with panoramic views and good size rooms. The apartment is centrally air conditioned (hot /cold) and is on the second floor and has a large living room, which is tastefully furnished and includes, TV/DVD and a high quality sound system. There is a fully fitted kitchen containing a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all other essentials required. There are 2 bedrooms one en suite with a combined bath and shower. The master bedroom has a large double bed and the guest bedroom two separate beds with built in wardrobes. Linen is supplied for the bedrooms and bathrooms.
