Villa Hibiscus is a luxury five bedroom, 3.5 bathroom holiday rental villa located in the heart of the golf valley of Nueva Andalucia and only a few minutes drive to Puerto Banus

 

The villa is of Andalucian rustic style and was built 10 years ago on a 1800m2 plot and is 600m2 constructed, south west facing with manicured gardens with water features and a private 11 x 5 metres swimming pool.

The views from the front of the property are of the La Concha mountain and from the garden views across the Las Brisas valley.

The villa is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and is only a few minutes' drive to five golf courses. 

The villa has a large lounge with high vaulted ceiling and a dining room leading onto the garden with ample terraces for sitting and dining "al fresco" and a barbecue. In the lounge there is a large screen television with Spanish TV, BBC, ITV, Sky News, Channel 4 and 5 programmes available and an all surround speaker music system. WiFi is also available for your laptop computer.

There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

In the fully fitted kitchen there is a dining area. Washing and drying facilities are available.

In the basement area there is gymnasium, bar area with pool table and a wine bodega.

The villa has a garage and parking for 3 cars on the front drive approached through an automatic gate. There is a substantial alarm system fitted throughout.

    • To reserve the holiday home we require a 25% deposit payment which can be paid via online bank transfer or credit/debit card (charges may apply).
    • The balance is due six weeks prior to arrival, and upon payment you will receive full directions and information.
