Extra Accommodation Description:

The living room is beautifully furnished with soft leather sofas and an easy chair, fireplace and again has access to the terrace. For entertainment there is a wall mounted plasma TV with freeview satellite (guests are welcome to bring with them their own Sky card, although no guarantee it will work) also music system, DVD player. 

The dining kitchen with small breakfast bar is ultra modern and a cook's delight with a new Aga range master, half electric and half gas, also appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer, toaster, juicer, washing machine, tumble dryer. Also wall mounted plasma TV. 

Outside there is a heated (at extra cost) pool with dining table and chairs as well as 4 sun beds and 2 large parasols and an inviting hammock! The pool terrace attracts day long sunshine.

There is a further garden at the front of the Villa with plenty of shade 

 

The Sleeping arrangements are as follows:

The master bedroom has a super-king size bed, chaise longue, bedside tables and lights, fitted robes, plasma television, sea view, leading to en suite with bath and shower over, twin basins, wc and bidet. Sliding door wardrobes and large mirror. Small balcony. 

Second bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom with shower cubicle and single wash basin. Small terrace off. 

Third bedroom with double bed and fourth bedroom with twin beds. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes and plasma TVs. 

Main bathroom has bath with shower over, single washbasin, shelving, mirror with lights.

    Following submission of this form we shall confirm the dates are available and answer any queries you may have.

    • To reserve the holiday home we require a 25% deposit payment which can be paid via online bank transfer or credit/debit card (charges may apply).
    • The balance is due six weeks prior to arrival, and upon payment you will receive full directions and information.
