LETTING AUTHORISATION AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This agreement is between Tango Holiday Solutions and…………………………………The Owners of the property situated at …………………………………………………………………………………..

1.The Owner hereby authorises Tango Holiday Solutions to let the property on     his/her behalf for Short-Term Holiday Lets(Up to 3 months)

2.Tango Holiday Solutions will offer the property for rent at the prices agreed         and subsequently at agreed updated prices listed from time to time.

3.Tango holiday Solutions will deduct a 15% + I.V.A. commission from all           rental monies collected from tenants introduced to the property by Tango             Holiday Solutions

4.The owner is responsible for the costs of electricity, gas and water and any         necessary maintenance services.

5 The property must be cleaned thoroughly and all linen and towels laundered between tenancies.

6. Tango Holiday Solutions will not be held liable for any double bookings should the Owner fail to notify Tango Holiday Solutions of their own booking and, in such an event, the owner must be prepared to meet the cost of alternative, equivalent accommodation, should tango Holiday Solutions be unable to re-arrange the booking in another property.

7. Tango Holiday Solutions will be responsible for the collection of both rental deposits and balances which will normally be taken in, or converted to Euros.  Owners' rental monies, after deduction of commission and any other costs will be credited to the owner's account at the conclusion of the rental.

8. The owner is responsible for the proper insurance of the property, of its contents and for public liability.Tango Holiday Solutions cannot be held responsible for any damage howsoever caused to the property by tenants, owners or their guests, or tradesmen, or by Tango Holiday Solutions personnel - unless by  negligence.

9 The owner is responsible for complying with all the regulations and requirements of the competent authorities relating to the property and its letting.

10 In the event of the property being sold the owner must honour all confirmed bookings taken or meet the cost of alternative accommodation offered of the same standard.

11. This Agreement is valid for one year from                                                and will be automatically renewed annually unless either party gives four months written notice to expire at the end of the first year or at the end of any subsequent year.

12.This agreement is not transferable
